Has your community adopted the HB-1137 policies?

Effective on August 10, 2022, House Bill 22-1137 requires most common interest communities in Colorado to adopt revised collection, covenant enforcement and conduct of meetings policies. Failure to have these policies in place will prevent the Association from pursuing most covenant enforcement and collection actions.  Please contact us at sdupont@dupontlawco.com to obtain further information on how to bring your community into compliance quickly.
