Stephane Dupont started the Dupont Law Firm in January 2018 with the goal of providing experienced and low cost community association representation to each individual client.
Previously, he was a partner and collections/litigation practice leader at Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne, LLP from June 2008 through January 2018. Since 1999, Mr. Dupont has represented numerous condominium, cooperative, and homeowners associations in Florida and, commencing in 2008, Colorado. Stephane also previously managed a general practice in Florida which focused primarily on commercial and general civil litigation and has utilized this experience in handling and resolving the unique and complex issues facing associations.
- Actively and successfully represented hundreds of association clients in all phases of community association law.
- Successfully collected millions of dollars annually in past due assessments and other charges.
- Negotiated Hurricane Wilma insurance claims for several community associations in Florida, resulting in recovery of millions of dollars.
- Foreclosed over a hundred condominium units in a single condominium project, permitting the association to recover and borrow sufficient funds to perform substantial, emergency repairs to the common elements.
