In case you haven’t already seen it, CAI has recently released its homeowner satisfaction survey. Interestingly, most homeowners surveyed showed a sense of satisfaction with their community association, although there is still room for improvement. A link to the results can be seen here: https://www.caionline.org/PressReleases/Statistical%20Information/HOMEsweetHOA_2018.pdf
One of the main highlights from the report, in my opinion, is that 81% of residents surveyed had a positive experience in their direct interactions with community association managers. First of all, great work community association managers! Next, this emphasizes the significance of maintaining an open and effective line of communication with homeowners in the community. We work in a very challenging industry, and it is refreshing to see some positive results from all of your hard work.
