CLAC Working to Save Manager License Program

In case some of you did not receive the e-mail announcement from CLAC (the Colorado Legislative Action Committee), they are working diligently to save the community association manager licensing program. While the program is currently set to wind down by June 30, 2019, there is still a legislative session ahead of us in 2019 to try to save the program.

Both DORA and 66% of community association managers in a survey conducted by CLAC previously recommended the continuation of the manager licensing.  As a lot of time and effort was put into establishing the program and countless hours spent by community association managers studying for and taking the exam as well as keeping up with continuing education credits, CLAC is asking for the future assistance of managers and those in the industry to help save the program.  Further updates on how you can help save the licensing program will be posted on this blog.
