However, the Bill has recently been killed in committee and postponed indefinitely. House Bill 18-1175 (Sunset Review of Community Association Manager Licensing) Senate Bill 18-56 (proposing to increase the County Court monetary limit to $35,000 for lawsuits) and House Bill 18-1057 (proposing to provide judgment creditors, such as associations, with employment information relating to debtors) are still alive.
