Yesterday, House Bill 19-1212 was introduced and seeks to reinstate community association manager licensing.
The Bill, as currently written, seeks to extend manager licensing until September 1, 2024, creates an advisory committee to DORA that will make recommendations to the director regarding changes to rules/adoption of guidelines, clarifies administrative functions that do not require a license and finally clarifies the apprentice program and supervision requirements.
